NICHOLAS CUPPS
Nicholas is a husband and father to a beautiful family in Ohio.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Utah Valley State University.
Through his work as an entrepreneur and successful business creator, he has been instrumental in bridging the gap between traditional investing and offering access to alternative investments not broadly offered by competitors.
In addition to Caldrey Enterprises, Nicholas also founded Davy Power System, a leading hydrogen manufacturer and distributor. He has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of the Company since formation.
Nicholas is also the founder of Cupps Wealth Management (CWM), a registered investment advisory firm. CWM recognizes that traditional financial planning is simply not keeping up with the rapidly changing investment landscape.
We acquire single-owned, highly specialized, industrial, and metals manufacturing.
The primary focus of Caldrey is on the manufacturing, distribution, and energy sectors with EBITDAs
between $1 and $5 million.
